Put your brand across the entire Static WordPress experience
Customize the client portal, login pages, emails, reports, private previews, and WordPress itself – then decide exactly what every client sees.
White Label unlocks automatically when your account reaches 10 sites.
Stop putting someone else’s brand in front of your clients
Your agency may manage the relationship, the website, and the ongoing service, but your clients still encounter different branding every time they sign in, open a report, or edit in WordPress.
What a consistent client experience should answer
- Does the portal use your logo, colors, and domain?
- Does the WordPress sign-in feel like part of your service?
- Can editors focus on content without unrelated menus and notices?
- Do reports and system emails carry your identity?
- Can different clients receive different experiences without rebuilding everything?
- Can you preview the result before a client sees it?
One White Label system, from portal to WordPress
Static Studio brings every client-facing surface into one white-label workflow. Apply your default brand once, create presets where clients need a different setup, and fine-tune the WordPress experience from the included White Label plugin.
- One connected experience across Studio and WordPress
- No collection of disconnected branding tools
- Per-client presets without duplicated setup
- A client preview before you publish changes
Everything you need to make Static Studio yours
Studio gives agencies the most customizable white-label experience on the market – full control over the entire experience, zero forced branding – it’s all yours.
Branded client portal
Replace the Studio identity with your logo, favicon, colors, page title, description, and custom CSS.
Custom domain + email
Use a dedicated domain for the client portal, new WordPress addresses, and branded system email.
Branded login
Customize both the portal login and the secure sign-in clients see when their private WordPress is offline.
Client-facing controls
Choose which navigation items, site details, table columns, widgets, and actions are visible to clients.
Reports with your brand
Apply your logo, brand name, colors, and footer to the PDF reports you share with clients.
White-label WP admin
Rebrand Simply Static and WordPress, then simplify the admin interface for each WordPress role.
Your brand, not ours
A client portal that looks and feels like your own
Give clients a focused place to manage their sites without exposing the parts of the platform they do not need.
Upload light- and dark-mode logos, choose your brand color, add a favicon, set the portal name and description, and use custom CSS for finer control.
You can also decide whether clients may switch color modes and which appearance they see by default.
A client portal that looks and feels like your own
- Custom logo for light and dark mode
- Brand color, favicon, title, and description
- Custom CSS
- Light, dark, or system-default appearance
- Branded private preview screens
Make it easy
Give every client exactly the right amount of Studio
Not every client needs billing, infrastructure controls, SFTP access, or a detailed performance view.
White Label lets you remove unnecessary complexity while keeping the tools each person needs.
Control primary navigation, table columns, site-detail tabs, widgets, notifications, site creation, support, and other client-facing actions.
A cleaner dashboard means fewer questions.
- Show or hide navigation items
- Choose site table columns
- Control site-detail tabs
- Hide subscription and usage details
- Use your own support email and contact form
- Preview the portal as a client
Branded Login
Brand the journey before WordPress even starts
Clients can bookmark their WordPress address and return whenever they need to edit. If the private WordPress workspace is offline, they see your branded sign-in first
. After their account is verified, Studio starts WordPress and continues the login flow.
Customize the logo, background image, heading, supporting copy, form title, and sign-in message.
Your clients get a clear path back into WordPress without needing to understand the infrastructure behind it.
Direct WordPress access, presented as your service.
- Custom WordPress login logo and imagery
- Your own headings and instructions
- Secure account verification
- Automatic WordPress startup after sign-in
- No need to enter the Studio portal first
Branded WordPress
Your brand continues inside WordPress
White labeling shouldn’t stop at the login screen. The included White Label plugin adds one configuration area under Tools → White Label, where you can customize the WordPress admin and simplify it for the people who use it.
Change the product name, wide logo, menu icon, and accent color used across Simply Static. You can also keep Studio-specific settings out of the client-facing experience.
Set the administrative site name and title, replace the admin and login logos, add an admin favicon, choose a primary color, replace footer text, and remove supported WordPress branding and links.
Choose a role, then hide the menus, submenus, toolbar items, dashboard widgets, meta boxes, notices, Help, Screen Options, and selected editor controls that should stay out of the way.
Control the entire WordPress experience as well
- Change logo, colors, CI, and more
- Clean up the WordPress admin menu per user role
- Disable unwanted WordPress features for a cleaner experience
Domain, emails, and support on-brand
The client experience continues after they close the dashboard.
Apply your identity to the domains, emails, and system messages that keep clients informed.
Customize the WordPress URL as well so your customer websites are available under customer.yourdomain.com
Send portal and login messages from your dedicated white-label domain with your preferred sender name and Reply-To address.
You can also replace the Static Studio support experience with your own branded contact form.
Every client touchpoint belongs to the same service.
- Your domain – for the portal and client sites
- Custom email brand name and colors
- Managed sender on your dedicated domain
- Your own Reply-To and support addresses
- Branded contact form
Presets
One platform, different brands for different clients
Start with a default white-label configuration for your account, then create presets for clients or groups of sites that need their own identity.
Each preset inherits your defaults and overrides only the settings you change. Assign it to one or more sites and preview the experience before sharing access.
Keep common navigation, report, and visibility choices in one place.
Give a client their own logo, colors, portal name, WordPress login, reports, or visible features.
Assign presets across your portfolio and keep unassigned sites on the account default.
Different style per customer
- Unlimited presets for endless customization
- Easily switch between presets
- Store them, categorize customers by preset, and more
More than a custom logo
White Label covers the full client journey, not just a single dashboard screen.

Frequently asked
Static Studio is not about abandoning WordPress. It is about using WordPress where it is strongest and removing it where it creates risk, cost, and complexity.
When does White Label become available?
White Label unlocks automatically when your Static Studio account reaches 10 sites. It is included in your account – there is no separate add-on or agency tier to purchase.
What can I customize?
You can customize the client portal, portal login, private WordPress login, reports, system emails, support experience, private preview branding, and the WordPress admin.
You can also choose which Studio and WordPress interface elements clients see.
Can different clients have different branding?
Yes.
Create presets with their own logos, colors, portal name, WordPress login, reports, custom CSS, and interface settings, then assign each preset to one or more sites. Sites without a preset use your account defaults.
Can clients still go directly to WordPress?
Yes.
Clients can bookmark their WordPress address. If WordPress is offline, they see your branded secure sign-in; after verification, Studio starts WordPress and completes the login flow.
How does the White Label plugin work inside WordPress?
Open Tools → White Label to customize Simply Static and WordPress branding, then configure interface visibility for each WordPress role.
You can preview the result as a normal user before handing the site to a client.
Can I reuse my WordPress settings across sites?
Yes.
Export a JSON configuration from the WordPress plugin and save it as your account-level template in Static Studio.
Newly provisioned sites import that template automatically. Existing sites can be configured directly or import the same file manually.
What is required for a custom white-label domain?
Use a separately registered domain reserved for your white-label setup. It cannot already host a website, mailboxes, or other DNS-dependent services.
Our team prepares the managed DNS zone and helps verify portal routing, WordPress routing, SSL, and email authentication.
WordPress sites created after activation use the branded domain; existing WordPress addresses remain unchanged.
