What’s your company name, and what does it do?

We’re Airtame. We make an all-in-one platform that turns any screen into a smart, collaborative tool for businesses and schools, using features like wireless screen sharing and digital signage.

What is the primary purpose of your website?

Our main corporate site is focused on educating users about what we do, generating leads, and building our brand. We also have an integrated Shopify store for e-commerce. Our support resources are hosted separately.

We had a few major headaches. Our site was slow, which is a terrible first impression. Our custom WordPress setup was a beast to maintain.

But the real killer was the constant bot traffic that hammered our server, slowed things down, and drove up our hosting bills for no reason.

Simply Static Studio offered the best of both worlds.

We could get a super-fast and secure static site, but our marketing team could keep using the WordPress backend they already knew.

It was the perfect solution to ditch the problems of a dynamic site without rebuilding our entire workflow.

Were there any specific features of Simply Static Studio that stood out to you during the integration?

Honestly, we were worried because our WordPress site is heavily customized. But Simply Static handled it all surprisingly well.

The biggest plus was their support team. They were fantastic and helped us solve any small hiccups almost instantly, which made the whole migration process stress-free.

Plus, with the old static hosting that we were coming from the deployment was a pain. Doing the simplest change required exporting the whole website that took around 20-30 minutes.

Now we’re exporting just the pages that we’re doing changes on and deployment of those pages is done in a couple of seconds.

The difference is night and day.

Our page load times are way down, which is a big win for our Core Web Vitals. Hosting costs are much lower now that we aren’t paying for bot traffic.

The site is more secure, and we spend way less time on maintenance. Every major issue we had is gone.

Are there any non-measurable benefits you’ve experienced? (e.g., peace of mind, reduced workload, etc.)

The peace of mind is huge.

We don’t worry about random traffic spikes jacking up our bill or the latest WordPress vulnerability.

Our dev team can now focus on projects that actually move the business forward instead of just keeping the lights on.

Everything is just simpler.
